Notice under art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 of June, 30 2003
Under art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of June, 30 2003 "Personal Data Protection Code" (hereafter "L.D. 196/03"), we inform you that the personal data provided through this website to Tritone GNL S.p.A (a Company of the GDF Suez Group) and the entities related to it and/or controlled by it, as well the controlling entities and Tritone GNL S.p.A's representatives, employees and partners will be handled in compliance with the above mentioned norms and with confidentiality obligations.
The data will be handled with instruments ensuring safety and confidentiality, including any automated instruments for its storage, management and transmission.
We also inform you that your personal data will be handled in compliance with art. 11 of L.D. b. 196/2003, which, among other things, prescribes the data to be:
- handled in a legal and correct way;
- collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in operations other than handling consistently with these purposes;
- exact and, if necessary, updated;
- consistent, complete and not redundant with respect to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently handled;
- kept in a form which enables the identification of each individual for no longer than the period required for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently handled.
We also inform you that (should you give your consent, when requested in compliance with the law) your personal data can be communicated to:
- other companies of the GDF SUEZ Group;
- other entities occasionally entrusted with services of shipping, communication and forwarding of printed matters, envelopes or packets, even for commercial or advertising purposes.
Finally, we inform you the Responsible entity for the handling of personal data, under L.D. 196/2003, is Tritone GNL S.p.A company, with registered office in Milan, Via Giovanni Spadolini 7.
